Return & Refund Policy

At Earth Treasures, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise received in good condition, including returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, or buyer's remorse.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us at earthtreasuresfl@gmail.com.

Defective items may be eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided you have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

For damaged or incorrect shipments, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to help us review the issue.

Return Authorization & Shipping

Please contact Earth Treasures before returning any merchandise. All returns must be reviewed and authorized in advance.

Earth Treasures will cover return shipping costs for approved returns involving defective merchandise. We will provide return shipping instructions once the return has been authorized.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved returns will be reviewed and processed according to the circumstances of the issue. If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
